Job Summary

To drive inbound pipeline growth, the full-time Head of Demand Generation will manage integrated campaigns, content distribution, and account-based marketing while working remotely in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns that leverage product launches, customer stories, and events to generate leads
  • Develop programs for ongoing engagement with cold prospects through educational and value-driven content
  • Implement account-based marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales team to target and engage specific accounts
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or campaigns, particularly in a startup environment
  • Experience working alongside sales teams in complex enterprise B2B settings
  • Strong understanding of pipeline growth and metrics beyond impressions or clicks
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for campaign operations and content generation
  • Demonstrated ability to run integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid media, and events
