Job Summary
Owning the sales and marketing functions, the remote Head of Demand Generation will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing while developing and executing internal marketing strategies for a Meta advertising agency serving Registered Investment Advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales pipeline, including discovery calls, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Develop and execute internal Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning
- Create and oversee marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, and case studies to attract larger clients
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation
- Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta platforms
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, for pipeline management and reporting
- Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions
