Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Denials & Receivables solutions and guide the solution delivery team
• Develop and execute resource plans and contribute to the solution roadmap, including technology requirements
• Utilize data analytics to track performance and implement process improvements to streamline operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of back-end revenue cycle operations experience focused on hospital acute care clients
• Previous executive leadership experience in an RCM vendor environment
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI solutions to improve denials outcomes and workflow efficiency
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of financial metrics
• Proven workforce planning capabilities in a high-volume operational environment
