Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the deployed engineering team, managing hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance
• Drive technical wins and advance opportunities with customers across the region
• Lead technical strategy on enterprise opportunities, engaging with senior stakeholders to shape evaluations and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar technical roles
• Proven experience leading and scaling technical go-to-market teams
• Deep technical expertise in Python, software engineering, and solutions architecture
• Experience working with developers and engineering-led buyers
• Strong track record of leading complex enterprise technical engagements
