Head of Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collaborative processes and improve teamwork within the design organization
• Prioritize UX by collaborating with product leadership and stakeholders
• Define performance indicators for the Product Design team and contribute to product direction conversations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience leading design teams working on complex products
• Strong management philosophy for empowering remote design teams
• Solid understanding of design principles and proficiency with design software
• Experience in defining high-level strategy and creating design deliverables based on research
