Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product designers
• Define KPIs to align team efforts with company-wide OKRs and deliver results
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to ship customer-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in product design, user experience design, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience building design teams for technical SaaS products
• Demonstrated ability to define and align product vision across various audiences
• Deep experience in shipping complex tools and design systems across multiple platforms
• Experience in integrating research into design processes
