Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design for mobile app, employer web portal, and internal admin tools
• Expand and maintain the design system and visual language
• Drive design for new initiatives, including AI financial assistants and lending products

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and shipping complex mobile applications in the fintech space
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on design trends and UX challenges
• Expertise in Figma and Claude Design, with experience in motion design
• Ability to define requirements through design thinking
• Experience in building and scaling design teams
