Head of Design

Job Summary

To lead a transformative design initiative, the full-time remote Head of Design will shape and implement a cohesive design philosophy, oversee product design from concept to execution, and partner with marketing to enhance brand consistency across all external touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and implement a cohesive design philosophy to enhance product functionality and usability
• Own end-to-end product design, transitioning from legacy interfaces to modern design systems
• Partner with marketing to evolve visual standards and ensure consistency between product and brand experiences

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of design experience in a SaaS environment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead design role
• Proven experience in modernizing product UI and leading successful design transitions
• Full-spectrum design capability across product/UX and brand/visual identity
• Experience building and scaling design teams, including hiring and mentoring
• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing attention to detail
