Job Summary
Leading the creative vision for a collective of design, development, and community brands, the full-time Head of Design will set high standards, mentor talent, and partner with clients on high-profile projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and maintain a high creative standard across various design outputs, including branding and digital products
- Lead design critiques and provide actionable feedback to enhance design quality and team development

Required qualifications
- 10+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing strong visual, typographic, and narrative design skills
- Significant experience in client-facing roles, presenting and defending creative work
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with design critique processes
- Track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing design talent
