• Deep experience in developer productivity/services/experiences
• Technically deep enough to engage with Head of Engineering leaders
• Proven track record of high craft standards
• Strong experimentation capability with the ability to iterate and deliver MVPs
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and leadership experience
