Head of Design - Transformations and Platform

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Design - Transformations and Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and present critical design strategy recommendations to executive leaders
• Set the experience vision and strategy for the Transformations & Platform portfolio
• Lead and inspire a team of senior design leaders and their teams

Required Qualifications:

• More than ten years experience in executive/senior Design Leadership roles
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively
• Experience developing and maintaining healthy, productive teams
• Proven experience in defining and implementing company-wide design strategy
• Demonstrated capability to understand the technical underpinnings of software products
