Head of Developer Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Developer Relations (DevRel).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term DevRel strategy aligned with business and product goals
• Represent the company in the developer and AI/ML community through various engagements
• Foster a vibrant developer community and develop programs for external contributors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Experience, or Engineering roles
• Deep understanding of vector search, machine learning workflows, or infrastructure tooling
• Experience building and scaling developer communities globally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup and distributed environment
• Background in databases, search engines, or ML frameworks is a plus
