Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Development to lead the technical vision for mobile gaming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and own the technical foundation across mobile titles
• Hire, coach, and elevate high-performance Unity developers in agile teams
• Define engineering workflows, coding standards, and best practices for AI-assisted development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical leadership in mobile gaming with Unity & C#
• Strong expertise in CI/CD, automated testing, and analytics integrations
• Proven ability to mentor and grow senior developers into tech leads
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows
• Proven success in building lean teams with high velocity and low overhead
