Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the engineering organization, driving consistent delivery and high standards
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows into development processes and ensure effective use of AI tools
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps while managing team dynamics and priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and scaling production applications
• Proven ability to architect and ship complex systems from scratch
• Hands-on experience with full-stack technologies across the PFM stack
• Experience managing and scaling engineering teams with a focus on delivery outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in integrating AI into development processes for productivity gains
