Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of digital experience professionals across web development, CRO, and technical account management
• Oversee nearshore development contractors to ensure quality and scalability
• Define and evolve the website and digital experience strategy across platforms and clients

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading digital experience teams
• Strong background in web development and technical account management
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Salesforce, and Magento
• Ability to manage P&L and ensure margin expectations are met
• Expertise in driving technical architecture decisions and best practices
