Head of Digital Product Engineering

Job Summary

Leading digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Head of Digital Product Engineering will be responsible for overseeing all product-focused engineering across multiple digital portfolios, ensuring the design, build, operation, and continuous improvement of Zoetis' digital product suite in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Digital Product Engineering strategy and establish a modern Product Operating Model
• Own end-to-end delivery and operations for the digital product portfolio, ensuring consistent velocity and quality across Agile Release Trains
• Lead the formation and scaling of the Digital Product Engineering organization, optimizing resource mix and talent development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 15+ years of leadership experience in technology product engineering or digital product delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in building and scaling product engineering organizations of 100+ people across multiple geographies
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies at scale, including SAFe or equivalent
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L and articulate ROI of technology investments
