Job Summary

Leading the charge in AI adoption and operational transformation, the full-time remote Head of Digital Transformation will define and execute the AI strategy, design intelligent workflows, and collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI transformation roadmap across various departments
• Design AI-driven workflows integrated with CRM, telephony, and collaboration tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and establish governance for AI initiatives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, AI Strategy, or Automation leadership roles
• Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM and operational systems
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure business impact and ROI
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Hands-on approach with strong project management and organizational skills
