Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while establishing accountability for results
- Plan and optimize sales strategies and team structure to meet dynamic market needs
- Utilize data to manage performance, drive initiatives, and conduct business reviews
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading direct-to-consumer sales teams with measurable results
- 5+ years of experience in solar, energy storage, or related clean energy sectors
- Proven ability to create processes and playbooks from scratch
- Experience across various sales functions, including inside and outside sales
- Strong data fluency with the ability to generate reports and insights independently
