Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while establishing accountability for results
  • Plan and optimize sales strategies and team structure to meet dynamic market needs
  • Utilize data to manage performance, drive initiatives, and conduct business reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience leading direct-to-consumer sales teams with measurable results
  • 5+ years of experience in solar, energy storage, or related clean energy sectors
  • Proven ability to create processes and playbooks from scratch
  • Experience across various sales functions, including inside and outside sales
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to generate reports and insights independently
