Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to develop and implement annual business plans while ensuring alignment with operational goals
• Serve as a senior leader for client interactions, managing escalated issues and maintaining service commitments
• Oversee budget planning and operational workflows, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and ability to lead teams effectively
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
