Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to implement annual business plans and ensure alignment with operational goals
• Serve as the senior decision-maker on escalated client issues and maintain high service levels
• Oversee budget planning and operational workflows, driving continuous improvement and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Strong management skills and experience leading teams
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Visio
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
