Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the annual business plan while motivating and supporting the leadership team
• Serve as a senior leader for clients, managing escalated items and ensuring operational service commitments are met
• Own budget planning and drive efficiency improvements across operations and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Experience in budget management and operational workflow improvement
