Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the annual business plan while ensuring alignment with leadership
• Serve as a senior leader for clients, addressing escalated issues and ensuring operational service commitments are met
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and executing necessary changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Ability to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives effectively
