Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the annual business plan while ensuring team alignment and performance
• Serve as a senior leader for clients, handling escalated issues and maintaining operational service commitments
• Oversee budget planning, operational workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Professional demeanor and experience in client-facing situations
