Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to develop and implement the annual business plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Act as a senior leader for clients, overseeing escalated issues and driving operational service commitments
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and executing strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Experience in budget management and operational process improvement
