Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to develop and implement the annual business plan while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Serve as a senior leader for clients, managing escalated issues and ensuring operational service commitments are met
• Oversee budget planning and manage departmental expenses while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and ability to lead teams effectively
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings and interactions
