Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to implement the annual business plan and ensure alignment with operational objectives
• Serve as a senior leader for client interactions and decision-making on escalated issues
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and meet service commitments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor in client meetings
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience in budget management and operational process improvement
