Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to implement the annual business plan and ensure alignment with objectives
• Act as a senior leader for clients, managing escalated issues and maintaining service commitments
• Oversee budget planning and improve operational workflows and service standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Proven management skills with a professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
