Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the annual business plan and ensure alignment with team objectives
• Act as a senior leader for clients, managing escalated issues and driving operational commitments
• Oversee budget planning, operational workflows, and identify areas for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills with a professional demeanor
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Experience in client meetings and a proven ability to lead teams effectively
