Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams and develop annual business plans to meet client expectations and operational goals
• Serve as a senior decision maker for escalated client issues and maintain high service levels
• Manage budget planning and identify areas for process improvement within operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and ability to lead teams effectively
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Professional demeanor with experience in client interactions
