Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams and develop operational strategies to meet client expectations and maintain high customer service levels
• Serve as a senior leader for clients, making decisions on escalated issues and ensuring alignment with operational commitments
• Manage budget planning, monitor department expenses, and identify areas for improvement within operational workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Experience in analyzing data and making informed decisions based on metrics and capacity analysis
