Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to implement annual business plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Act as a senior leader for client interactions and drive operational service commitments
• Manage budget planning and identify areas for process improvement within operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Proven management skills and ability to lead teams effectively
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Demonstrated experience in client meetings and maintaining a professional demeanor
