Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the annual business plan while ensuring alignment and understanding among leadership
• Serve as a senior leader for clients, addressing escalated issues and ensuring service commitments are met
• Oversee budget planning and monitor operational workflows to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Proven management skills with a professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work within timeframes and standards
