Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to implement the annual business plan and achieve operational objectives
• Serve as a senior leader for client interactions, ensuring satisfaction and resolving escalated issues
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows to drive efficiency and meet service commitments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Strong management skills and professional demeanor in client meetings
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
