Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the annual business plan while ensuring alignment with team objectives
• Act as a senior leader for clients, handling escalated issues and ensuring service commitments are met
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows, driving continuous improvement and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Strong management skills with a professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent within the organization
