Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the annual business plan while ensuring team alignment and performance
• Act as a senior leader for clients, managing escalated issues and ensuring service commitments are met
• Oversee budget planning and operational workflows, driving efficiency and improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Proven management skills with a professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in budget management
