Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, implementing the annual business plan and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Serve as a senior decision maker for client escalations and drive operational commitments
• Manage budget planning and identify areas for process improvement within the operational framework

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Ability to work within timeframes and standards, with a focus on operational service commitments
