Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the annual business plan and ensure alignment with leadership
• Act as a senior leader for clients, managing escalated issues and ensuring operational commitments are met
• Oversee budget planning, operational workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and experience in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Ability to work within timeframes and standards while maintaining a professional demeanor
