Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in developing and implementing the annual business plan while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Serve as a senior decision maker for escalated client issues and drive operational service commitments
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to service standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Proven management skills with a professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
