Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to develop and implement annual business plans, ensuring alignment with objectives
• Act as a senior leader for clients, making decisions on escalated issues and driving operational commitments
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Professional demeanor with experience in client interactions
