Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to develop and implement annual business plans and ensure alignment with operational objectives
• Act as a senior leader for clients, managing escalated issues and ensuring service level commitments are met
• Oversee budget planning and operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Strong management skills with a professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively
