Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams while developing and implementing the annual business plan
• Serve as a senior leader for clients, managing escalated issues and ensuring service commitments are met
• Own budget planning and monitor operational workflows to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on real-time metrics
