Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the annual business plan and ensure alignment with team objectives
• Act as a senior leader for clients, overseeing escalated issues and ensuring operational commitments are met
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience in client meetings and decision-making processes
