Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, ensuring alignment with the annual business plan and operational objectives
• Serve as a senior leader for client interactions, managing escalated issues and maintaining service commitments
• Oversee budget planning and operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Proven management skills with a professional demeanor in client meetings
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent effectively
