Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams and develop operational strategies to meet client expectations and maintain high customer service levels
• Act as a senior leader for clients, ensuring effective communication and resolution of escalated issues
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
