Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the annual business plan and ensure alignment with leadership
• Act as a senior decision-maker for client escalations and monitor operational service commitments
• Collaborate with internal teams to align department priorities with business objectives and drive efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and ability to lead teams effectively
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
