Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to develop and implement annual business plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Serve as a senior decision-maker for escalated client issues and drive operational service commitments
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows while identifying areas for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Experience in analyzing data and making informed decisions based on metrics and capacity analysis
