Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the annual business plan while motivating and supporting the leadership team
• Serve as the senior decision-maker for escalated client issues and ensure operational service commitments are met
• Manage budget planning, operational workflows, and identify areas for improvement within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Experience in client meetings and a solid understanding of analytical processes
