Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the annual business plan while ensuring alignment with leadership and measurable objectives
• Serve as a senior leader for clients, driving service commitments and managing escalated issues
• Oversee budget planning and operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
