Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the annual business plan while ensuring alignment with leadership and measurable objectives
• Oversee client relationships and serve as a senior decision-maker for escalated issues
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Proven management skills with a professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Experience with budget management and operational process improvement
