Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the annual business plan while ensuring alignment and understanding among leadership
• Act as a senior leader for clients, addressing escalated issues and ensuring operational service commitments are met
• Own budget planning and manage departmental expenses while identifying areas for operational improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and ability to lead effectively
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
